PhD project:
Petr Sedlacek´s project focuses on labor market frictions in DSGE models and their implications for business cycle fluctuations and the associated costs. Petr is supervised by Wouter den Haan.

Short Bio:
Petr Sedlacek obtained his MPhil degree (econometrics, macroeconomics) at the Tinbergen Institute in Amsterdam. He also holds an MA degree (economics of international trade and european integration) from the Joint European Studies Program and an Ing degree (MSc equivalent) from the University of Economics in Prague (economic policy, macroeconomic analysis). Petr previously worked as an economist at the Czech Statistical Office.
