Short bio

From 1999-2003 I studied Economics at Tilburg University. After graduation I followed a one year research master in Economics (at CentER, UvT), which I successfully completed in August 2004. During my last three university years I worked as a student assistant of Professor Eijffinger. Currently I am working as a researcher at DNB. I assign part of my time to my PhD thesis: “The Impact of Central Bank Transparency”. My supervisors are Professor Eijffinger (UvT), Professor Hoogduin (DNB and UvA) and Maria Demertzis (DNB and UvA). The rest of my time is devoted to policy related work.
